Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment i.e. identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed , and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Handle joining formalities including documentation, reference checks, and HR database entry.Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Coordinate with internal departments to set up new employees for success.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1+ years of hands-on HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Why Join The Propertist?
