Are you a seasoned Corporate Real Estate leader ready to turn entrepreneur?

Luminatiq Consulting Group has launched a new-age  Corporate Real Estate Transaction Enterprise  and is looking to onboard a  Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO)  to shape and scale this high-impact venture.

We’re seeking someone who brings :

✅ 10–20 years of experience with top CRE firms (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, C&W) or as CRE Head in IT-ITES / GCCs / Real Estate Developers

✅ Proven track record in transacting office spaces, GCC campuses, retail, warehousing & industrial assets

✅ Deep relationships across developers, CXOs, occupiers & GCC operators

✅ Strong understanding of Tier 1 & Tier 2 city real estate dynamics

✅ Ability to originate, structure, and close large transactions

✅ Entrepreneurial drive and business building mindset

We’re starting with Transactions – but the roadmap includes  end-to-end CRE & Workplace services.

💼  Engagement Model :

• Year 1 : Contractual + Performance-based Gain Share
• Optional Equity based on investment / contribution
• Long-term Co-Founder role with direct reporting to CEO
