Purpose of the Role :
The role is responsible for supporting digital business initiatives by building brands that deliver category-defining products and drive strong, sustainable growth. It focuses on identifying product-market fit, developing sharp brand narratives, and scaling demand profitably.
Qualification & Experience
- Post-Graduation in Management (preferably from a premier institute)
- 6 to 10 years of experience in FMCG or consumer-facing industries

Lead deep consumer insighting to uncover unmet needs, behavioral triggers, and whitespace opportunitiesDefine and refine positioning, packaging, and pricing based on market testing and feedbackDevelop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance, content, and social channels to drive trials and conversionsDesign and execute GTM plans for new product launches with strong digital-first narrativesTrack and optimize conversion funnels using analytics and A / B testingBuild key metrics dashboards to monitor CAC, LTV, RoAS, and retentionIntegrate customer feedback into ongoing marketing and product evolutionCraft an authentic brand narrative rooted in purpose and audience relevanceDrive cross-functional alignment on brand strategy, positioning, and customer promiseKnowledge, Skills & Competencies
