We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Enterprise Learning Programs business. This role is responsible for driving corporate training sales, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our footprint with enterprise clients across industries.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in selling custom training solutions in AI and advanced technology areas, along with a proven track record of engaging CXO-level stakeholders and closing large-scale enterprise deals. A strong rolodex of corporate accounts and a history of consistent target achievement are critical.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver on the sales and revenue targets for enterprise learning programs.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for custom AI and technical training solutions, including consultative selling and solutioning.
- Leverage existing corporate relationships to accelerate business growth; actively develop new accounts and partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams to design bespoke training programs that address client-specific needs.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, L&D heads, and technology leaders.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape program offerings and future product roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years total experience, with at least 5 years in corporate training / enterprise sales.Proven expertise in selling custom training programs in AI, digital transformation, or technical domains.Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.Strong network of enterprise clients (existing rolodex of accounts in relevant industries).Ability to engage at CXO level and conduct consultative sales conversations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred (not mandatory).(ref : iimjobs.com)
