The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client account management, from initial new account opening and ongoing account maintenance to facilitating seamless account transfers and 401(k) rollovers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when completing and processing all necessary form completion and maintaining thorough tracking of all activities. A key part of the position involves clear and timely client communication and effective home office communication to ensure all requests are handled efficiently. Additionally, the specialist will execute trading instructions as directed, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with firm policies. Account notation in the firm CRM software will be required with each interaction.
