Role Description

The Client Servicing Manager (Events) is a full-time, on-site role located in mumbai. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client services from pre-event planning to post-event evaluation. The candidate will oversee event execution, coordinate with various teams, and ensure that every detail aligns with the client's vision and goals. Responsibilities also include addressing client inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven experience in event management or a related field
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
