Job Title / Grade : Cluster Manager - Business(Affordable HL / LAP)
Department : Business
Location : Aruppukottai
Age group : 25- 33 yrs
Reporting To : Regional Head - Business
Principal Accountabilities
- Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
- Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
- Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
- Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
- Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
- Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan
Required Candidates Details
Educational Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 6-10 yrs; 5 to 6 years of experience in LAP / Housing Finance Industry
