Key Responsibilities
- Tele-calling & Customer Interaction
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, promotions, or lead generation.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Maintain a courteous and persuasive tone during calls.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Enter customer details, call outcomes, and feedback into CRM or spreadsheets.
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and transactions.
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Lead Management
- Identify potential customers and schedule appointments or demos.
- Share product / service information and generate interest.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales or support team.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily call logs and performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for campaign execution.
- Assist in compiling customer databases and contact lists.
