Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our education services.
• Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services.
• Follow up with leads, maintain call logs, and update CRM records.
• Guide students through the admission process and connect them with counsellors.
• Meet weekly / monthly targets for lead conversions.
