Lepton Software - Technical Project Manager

Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead process optimization and automation efforts within organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

• Were looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.
• Prior development experience is essential, ideally in similar stacks and project types.
• You will lead 23 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
• Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus.
• This role requires both client-facing skills and the ability to create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
