Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at NextBigE in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. Daily tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
