6. Data Analysis : Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.

7. Reporting : Prepare regular reports and communicate campaign performance and insights to the marketing team or clients.

8. Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms and algorithms.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
