We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of excellence and seek a highly skilled Digital and Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities include :

Digital Presence Management :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to enhance the online presence of RegulatingAI.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO analytics, ensuring visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Implement paid and organic SEO strategies to drive website traffic and increase engagement.

Brand Building and Positioning

  • Establish RegulatingAI and its sister brands as the leading brand in the nonprofit networks space, emphasizing its role in enabling collaboration, knowledge exchange, and transformative impact for mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience in growth a company from 11-50 and beyond
  • Develop and implement brand messaging, tone of voice, and a visual identity that resonates with leaders, funders, practitioners, and knowledge-sharing communities.
  • Build and execute a cohesive PR and media strategy to increase visibility through press releases, thought leadership articles, conference presence, and interviews.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, partner communications, reports, and community interactions.
  • Regularly measure brand health metrics such as awareness, trust, share of voice, and stakeholder perception, using insights to refine positioning.
  • Demand Generation, Digital Growth & Campaigns

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel strategies that drive awareness, participation, and engagement across nonprofit networks and stakeholder groups.
  • Increase social media presence by creating consistent, compelling content tailored to nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and donors, while growing engagement across , X / Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Increase Google search ranking by implementing strong SEO strategies, optimizing content for sector-relevant keywords, and ensuring high visibility for knowledge resources and initiatives.
  • Create, strategize, and optimize campaigns (digital ads, email nurtures, thought leadership campaigns, webinars, and community drives) to expand reach, visibility, and engagement across nonprofit audiences.
  • Leverage stakeholder-based marketing techniques to target key decision-makers and influencers in nonprofits, philanthropy, and social impact sectors, personalizing engagement for maximum resonance.
  • Program and Product Marketing

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new initiatives, tools, or platforms, ensuring broad adoption and measurable value creation for nonprofit partners and communities.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials tailored to nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and funders.
  • Conduct market research and landscape scans to refine positioning, pricing (if relevant), and engagement strategies within the nonprofit ecosystem.
  • Community Engagement and Advocacy

  • Build and nurture a strong community of nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and knowledge partners who actively champion RegulatingAI & its sister organizations
  • Leverage success stories to create case studies, testimonials, and community spotlights that inspire broader participation.
  • Collaborate with program and partnership teams to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-collaboration, and retention within the network.
  • Qualifications – Must Haves

  • 5-8 years of experience in nonprofit, network, or B2B / B2N (business-to-nonprofit) marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving visibility, growth, and engagement for a mission-driven organization or initiative.
  • Expertise in demand generation, SEO, content marketing, campaign optimization, digital marketing, and program / product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and the nonprofit / knowledge network ecosystem.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills.
  • Additional Skills

  • Experience marketing in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector, or familiarity with knowledge-sharing networks and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Ads, Zoho, or equivalent platforms. ( Mandatory )
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
