About us- As part of our growing Executive Search team, you will build strategic talent pipelines, engage senior executives, and work closely with clients on leadership mandates. We are looking for individuals who bring commercial acumen, curiosity, and a consultative mindset - and most importantly, a strong sales instinct.
What You'll Do?
- Drive end-to-end search mandates - from client briefing to candidate closure.
- Map markets, identify leadership talent, and manage CXO-level relationships.
- Pitch roles and firms compellingly to senior executives.
- Partner with internal research teams for insights and intelligence.
- Contribute to business development through client acquisition and account growth.
- Represent the firm with credibility and precision in every Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or client-facing roles.
- Backgrounds we love : executive search, recruitment, consulting, banking, insurance, B2B sales, SaaS, or professional services.
- Sharp communication and relationship-building skills.
