Key Responsibilities :

• Source and engage top talent from real estate consulting firms
• Focus exclusively on hiring profiles related to :
• Office Leasing
• Retail Leasing
• Capital Markets
• Consulting & Valuation
• Screen and evaluate candidates for relevant skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Maintain hiring data and reports for internal use.
