We’re looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager / Director who can bring structure, ownership, and strategy to our

collections function — ensuring healthy cash flow while maintaining strong relationships.

B2B Collections experience in a Must.

Education sector experience is an added advantage.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and drive end-to-end collections across regions.

Ensure timely recoveries and reduce overdue accounts.

Analyze portfolio health and implement smart recovery strategies.

Coach and manage field & tele-collection teams.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections planning and processes.

What We’re Looking For :

8–12 years of experience in collections / receivables (NBFC / service / education sector preferred).

Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills.

A people manager who can lead with empathy and accountability.

Strong with Excel / MIS tracking and performance reporting.

B2B Collections experience in a Must.
