Head of talent acquisition

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring the timely hiring of top talent aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep understanding of talent markets, and the ability to manage diverse hiring needs across IT, manufacturing, and third-party resource engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy : Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for :

IT Sector Hiring (Product Development, Embedded Systems, Io T, Software Engineers).

Bulk Hiring of 3rd Party Resources for large-scale projects.

Manufacturing Workforce Hiring including off-roll / contractual workers for plants and operations.

Employer Branding : Strengthen Genus Power’s employer brand through social media, campus engagement, and industry events.

Process Excellence : Drive recruitment process improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a superior candidate experience.

Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment of hiring practices with business priorities.

Vendor Management : Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other external partners.

Analytics & Reporting : Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to drive data-driven decisions.
