The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring the timely hiring of top talent aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep understanding of talent markets, and the ability to manage diverse hiring needs across IT, manufacturing, and third-party resource engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy : Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for :
- IT Sector Hiring (Product Development, Embedded Systems, IoT, Software Engineers).
- Bulk Hiring of 3rd Party Resources for large-scale projects.
- Manufacturing Workforce Hiring including off-roll / contractual workers for plants and operations.
- Employer Branding : Strengthen Genus Power’s employer brand through social media, campus engagement, and industry events.
- Process Excellence : Drive recruitment process improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a superior candidate experience.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment of hiring practices with business priorities.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other external partners.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to drive data-driven decisions.
