Sr. MIS Analyst / MIS Lead

Job Summary

The Lead MIS (Incoming & Management Reporting) is responsible for overseeing the organization's MIS function related to incoming data management, performance reporting, and management insights. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions. The position involves leading a small MIS team, maintaining data integrity, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven performance management.

Key Responsibilities :

MIS Operations & Leadership

Lead and manage the MIS function focused on incoming data, management, and performance reporting.

Supervise and mentor MIS analysts / executives to deliver accurate and timely reports.

Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Incoming Data Management

Oversee data collection, validation, and integration from multiple business systems.

Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of incoming data used for reporting and analysis.

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data capture and processing mechanisms.

Management & Performance Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business and operational KPIs.

Deliver timely management reports that provide insights into business performance and trends.

Conduct variance analysis, trend reporting, and performance benchmarking to support leadership decisions.

Support periodic business reviews and planning through data-driven insights.
