End to end management of incentive pay-outs for Retail Banking teams, along with Business Performance function, automation of incentive calculations and management reporting
- Formulate template for calculation of incentive and calculate incentives as per approved policies, ensuring timely and accurate pay-outs
- Adhere to the SLA's and ensure monitoring, for delays
- Independently review and automate existing business performance & incentive process. Also, automate other internal processes wherever possible to bring in more efficiency and reduce TAT
- Overlook the Business Performance & Incentive payment process which includes obtaining required data and Validating and calculating performance & pay-outs as per approved policies
- Implement adequate controls in the process & set up processes & SLA's with Business & stakeholders to enable and accurate and timely MIS / pay-outs
- Liaise with Unit Managers to resolve issues and continuously enhance Business Performance & Incentive pay-out process
- Manage Business Performance and incentives database for detailed analysis
- Resolve issues related to data, policies and processes in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure necessary approvals and documentation is maintained for Audit records
