MIS Analyst

Role Overview

We are hiring an MIS Analyst to support our Growth Sales teams with reporting, data management, and business tracking. You'll handle daily reporting across lead generation, sales, payments, customer engagement, and other critical growth metrics.

This role is ideal for freshers or early career professionals with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in business reporting analytics. You'll work from our Bangalore office directly with business leaders.

CTC - 3 - 3.6 LPA

Location - Hybrid, Bangalore [Dollars Colony, R.M.V, Bangalore]

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly monthly MIS reports across sales, leads, payments, and growth KPIs
• Build Excel / Google Sheets reports using advanced formulas, pivots, lookups, conditional formatting, etc.
• Clean, verify, and ensure data accuracy across CRM, marketing platforms, and business dashboards
• Maintain trackers for sales incentives, payouts, and business targets
• Handle ad-hoc reporting needs for business reviews and leadership meetings
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth reporting workflows
