Sales Specialist

Job description3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B solution sales, preferably in premium or high-value products / services. Strong track record of converting cold leads into active customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Ability to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a 'hunter' mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management practices. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and demos. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion : Identify, approach, and nurture cold leads to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Targeting & Audience Mapping : Research and segment the right audience (corporates, hospitality, premium cafés, luxury retailers, etc.) to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Sales Pitching : Deliver engaging presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs, highlighting Scanomat's premium value proposition.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle : Own the journey from initial outreach to negotiation and final deal closure.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for effective lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- CRM Management : Track, update, and maintain lead status, conversion ratios, and sales reports in the CRM system (Odoo / other tools).
- Performance Metrics : Consistently meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
