Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at Tendersniper, located in Coimbatore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to promote and sell products or services. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, customer support, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be expected to provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or issues with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Customer Support skills to assist and resolve client issues
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is beneficial
