Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is a leading aesthetic dermatology clinic specializing in advanced skin and hair treatments. We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

Make and receive calls to assist clients with treatment inquiries.

Explain skin & hair treatments, packages, and offers professionally.

Schedule & confirm patient appointments via call & WhatsApp.

Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain records of calls, queries, and feedback in the system.

Work closely with the clinic team to enhance customer experience.

Requirements :

Experience : 6+ months in telecalling, customer service, or sales ( Healthcare / Aesthetic industry preferred ).

Languages : Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi .

Skills : Strong communication, persuasive approach, and patient handling.

Tech-Savvy : Basic knowledge of handling CRM & WhatsApp business.

Interest in Skincare & Hair Treatments (Training will be provided).
