Role Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for :
- Order confirmations (COD, prepaid, and RTO orders)
- Collecting customer feedback and post-purchase experience
- Engaging with customers who have visited or shown interest on the website
- Address customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable products or add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction.
- Record and update orders and upsells accurately in Shopify.
- Maintain complete and accurate call and order records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling (no call targets).
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand tone and customer-first approach.
