Job description

Job Title : Telecaller / Calling Agent

Location : Greater Noida West.

Working Days : (Monday - Friday)

Experience : 2-5 years in web sales tele-calling

Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US / UK market.

Generate leads and qualify prospects for our software development services.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Perform basic sourcing activities to identify potential leads.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

2-5 years of proven experience in web sales telecalling is essential (USA / UK / AUS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Good understanding of the software development industry (a plus).

Proficiency in using CRM software.

Ability to work effectively in a US shift.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
