Position Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong background in AI and cloud environments to guide our teams through agile delivery of AI and cloud solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and a proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI / cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI / ML / LLM-based projects.
