At Pega, as a Senior Scrum Master, youll have to coach the development teams, helping the teams to be more efficient and fostering an innovative & collaborative environment.

What You'll Do At Pega :

• Responsible for facilitating the various Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Acts as a coach for the Scrum Team, helping them understand and implement Scrum practices and principles.
• Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that are hindering the progress of the Scrum Team.
• Acts as a shield for the team, protecting them from external distractions and ensuring that they have the time and space to focus on their work during the Sprint.
• Monitors the progress of the team during the Sprint and helps them stay on track towards achieving the Sprint goals.
• Create / Develop Transformation Roadmap within the responsible areas for effective and long-lasting change.
• Establish and continuously measure KPIs to track business delivery.
