With 5-10 years of comprehensive HR experience, the ideal candidate will excel in policy development, statutory compliance, grievance management, conflict resolution, onboarding, and people partnering.
The role demands a smart problem solver who consistently delivers operational excellence, is self-driven, and has advanced skills in MS Excel, Tableau, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic advisor, supporting performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies aligned with statutory and organizational goals.
- Manage employee grievances with a focus on timely resolution and driving people processes like goal setting, performance management, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and aligning onboarding with organizational culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Full-time MBA / MSW / Post-Graduation in Psychology from a recognized university.5-10 years of HR experience with expertise in policy making, compliance, and grievance handling.Advanced skills in MS Excel, dashboards, and HR analytics.
