Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Defining project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Allocating and managing project resources, including people, budget, and materials.
• Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Creating and managing project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.
• Effectively communicating project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Motivating and leading project teams to achieve project goals.
• Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles.
• Managing changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and that the project is formally closed.
• Defect Management with Our Technical Team : Document and manage defects, coordinating with the technical team for timely resolutions.
