About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program / Transition Manager to lead large-scale transformation, transition, and solution delivery initiatives across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of process transitions and change management.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Oversee end-to-end solution delivery , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget .
Partner with the Head of Transition to lead complex Transition & Transformation programs across client organizations.
Conduct detailed process due diligence to define scope for transitions across Finance, HR, IT, Operations , and other functions.
Define and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for various business units.
Lead and apply toll gate–based transition methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
Drive Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Collaborate with project managers to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues .
Prepare and deliver project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and advancements relevant to solution delivery.
Mentor and guide technical teams to ensure successful implementation and execution .
Establish and promote best practices, standards, and methodologies for transition and solution development.
Client Engagement
Manage client engagement throughout the project lifecycle to ensure expectations and deliverables align.
Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risks , and enable smooth communication.
Present regular project updates and ensure transparency in delivery and execution.
