Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Manager to oversee and optimize foundry operations, ensuring the efficient production of castings in CI (Cast Iron), SG (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) and Steel grades . The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Methoding, Pattern Making and Molding (Hand Molding & Machine Molding) while driving operational excellence and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage foundry operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Oversee Methoding , ensuring optimal gating and risering systems for superior casting quality
• Manage Pattern Making , ensuring precision and durability for diverse casting requirements
• Supervise Hand Molding & Machine Molding processes, optimizing efficiency and consistency in casting production
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and ensure timely delivery
• Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and process improvements
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet customization requirements for various casting grades
• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
