Livaah is committed to decentralizing clean energy access, particularly in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural markets across India. By combining affordability, reliability, and easy-to-use solutions, the brand is enabling energy independence for thousands of Indian households and small businesses. Its ecosystem also includes partnerships with Aktivolt (for high-performance EV batteries) and Emobi (electric vehicles for last-mile logistics), making Livaah a truly integrated clean-tech platform.

Role Description

Position : Sales Head Karnataka – Livaah

Location : On-site role (Bengaluru and surrounding geographies)

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive Livaah’s outreach in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will support dealer / distributor acquisition, training, and expansion while also cross-selling affiliated solar solutions, batteries for Livaah.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and manage dealer / distributor networks and institutional client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, and solar integrators.
  • Lead B2B and B2C initiatives for energy storage and inverter products.
  • Conduct market analysis, pricing benchmarking, and competitor tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Manage a regional sales team and ensure KPI achievement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, inverters.
  • Strong network within the Karnataka energy ecosystem (dealers, EPCs, institutions).
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Engineering or business degree; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in regional sales and dealing with dealer / distributor networks
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and sales skills
  • Proficient in English, Kannada & Hindi
