Job descriptionOversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation. Ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. Lead daily operations ensuring high service delivery standards. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory guidelines, and accreditation norms. Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team and workforce. Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and employee engagement. Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services. Represent the hospital with external stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare networks. Strengthen partnerships with community organizations to enhance trust and visibility. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks. Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery. Lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification. Education : MBBS / MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience : 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management / CEO role. Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards. Strategic and visionary leadership. Strong business acumen with P&L management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. People-oriented leadership with a focus on teamwork and development. Ability to drive innovation and implement transformative healthcare practices.

Direct Reports : Senior Management Team / Department Heads
Budget : 45-50 LPA
About the Organization
Our client company, is a 150-bed Multi & Super-specialty healthcare facility, it is a ₹50 Cr project under a Public Charitable Trust. It is also promoted by a reputed Business Group, with a legacy in sugar manufacturing, distillery products, electricity generation, and sugar trading, the group now extends its vision into healthcare, aiming to provide affordable and accessible quality healthcare to the community.
Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the primary executive leader responsible for the overall administration, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Hospital. The CEO will ensure high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and long-term growth while fostering innovation, staff development, and community trust.
