About Us
SGVELTOR PRIVATE LIMITED is a newly registered private limited startup.
Currently, we are at an early stage – no office yet, no fund raised, but we already have a client project (Flareon Global Services Pvt Ltd – BPO / Form Filling) in discussion stage.
Our Vision
To build SGVELTOR PRIVATE LIMITED into a ₹300 crore revenue company in the next 3–5 years, with a focus on :
AI-based solutions
SaaS products
E-commerce & High-profit projects
Role : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
Fund Raising : Raise minimum ₹30 lakh within the first 3 months → office setup & start client project.
Client Execution : Successfully start & execute the client project (initially 5 seats).
Growth Strategy : Bring scalable, high-profit projects (AI / SaaS / E-commerce).
Leadership : Build & manage the team (operations, finance, marketing, staff).
Investor Relations : Approach investors, pitch, and manage fund-raising network.
Vision Commitment : Work towards achieving ₹300 crore revenue in 3–5 years, and be ready for higher growth targets beyond.
Compensation
Stage 1 (Before Revenue) :
❌ No fixed salary initially
✅ Equity Offered : 8%–10% (vesting, milestone-based)
Milestone-Based Equity Vesting (Safe for Both Sides) :
1. Fund Raising (₹30 lakh in 3 months) → 3% equity reserved (released only after first client payment).
2. Project Start & Execution → 3% equity reserved (released only after 3 months of stable revenue inflow).
3. Revenue Growth & Expansion → 2%–4% equity released (profit visibly established).
Important Condition :
If CEO fails to deliver results or does not align with company vision →
❌ Equity will be cancelled
✅ Company (Founders) hold the right to buy back equity
Stage 2 (After Targets Achieved) :
Fixed Salary + Equity (negotiable, performance-based)
Candidate Profile
5–10 years leadership experience in startups.
Proven fundraising track record (Angel / VC).
Strong investor & client network.
Preferably with background in BPO, SaaS, AI, E-commerce.
Must be serious, committed, and ready to work on equity-only model initially.
Location
Remote / Hybrid initially
Office to be set up in Karnataka / India after fund raise

Additional Condition (Vision Alignment)
CEO must commit to achieving ₹300 crore revenue in 3–5 years.
Once ₹300 crore target is achieved → next higher targets will be set.
CEO should be ready for scaling beyond ₹300 crore as per company vision.
Note for Candidates :
We are looking only for fully serious candidates.
Even though equity is offered, ownership is conditional – if CEO does not perform as per agreed milestones, founders reserve full rights to cancel or buy back equity.
The CEO must be fluent in English and Kannada for effective communication with stakeholders, employees, and clients. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
A good CEO needs MBA or equivalent education, 7–15 years leadership experience, and strong skills in strategy, finance, law, and people management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics (common)
MBA (preferred but not compulsory) – global standard
In some companies : Law / Engineering background + management experience kooda useful
