Job descriptionAt least 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in the non profit sector A post-graduate from a renowned institute will be desirable. Proven success in managing complex organizations and programs at scale. Strong understanding of social sector dynamics in healthcare or tech-for-good domains Demonstrated experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships and financial planning. Exposure to working with government and public systems is desirable.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategic plan in alignment with its vision & mission.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and impact at scale
- Represent the organisation with key external stakeholders including funders, government bodies, and global partners.
- Collaborate effectively with the founder, board of trustees and advisors.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across functions i.e. programs, technology, resource mobilization & communication, content, research and M&E, finance and HR.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and evidence-based program delivery.
- Lead fundraising strategy and engagement with donors.
- Strengthen the long-term financial health of the organization
- Inspire, mentor, and build the capacity of senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
