Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in New Delhi. The Floor Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities also include managing the team, training staff, monitoring inventory, guiding customers, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and efficient. The Floor Manager will play an essential role in coordinating retail functions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure efficient store workflows
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of retail or fashion industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or related field is preferred
