Tele calling Manager (Urgent)

What you’ll do :

Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve lead generation and conversion targets

✨ Develop and implement effective calling strategies, scripts, and campaigns

Track performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and drive continuous improvement

Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer relationship management

Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and customer outreach

Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and results

Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulations

What we’re looking for :

• ️ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• ️ 5–8 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• ️ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• ️ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
• ️ Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a results-driven team
• ️ Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
