Responsibilities
- Outbound calls : Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads or sales.
- Inbound calls : Answer incoming calls from customers to handle inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues.
- Sales and persuasion : Explain product features and benefits, persuade customers to make purchases, or schedule appointments.
- Record keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and document all calls and transactions.
- Follow-up : Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and convert prospects into customers.
- Goal achievement : Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
- Customer service : Provide information, process orders, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
