Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach Communication
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote offers, new collections, and gold saving schemes.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly tone throughout all interactions.
- Lead Generation Follow-up
- Generate qualified leads and update CRM or call logs regularly.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and showroom visits to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent communication.
- Contact customers for birthdays, anniversaries, and festival greetings to promote offers.
- Handle post-purchase feedback and service-related calls.
- Data Management Reporting
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer details.
- Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports on call volume, responses, and conversions.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
