Job Description
We are hiring an
Application Support Engineer
with solid experience in
SRE practices
and expertise in
monitoring and observability tools
like
Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Reliability
Provide
L2 / L3 support
for production and pre-production applications.
Monitor application performance using
Dynatrace
Splunk
, and
Grafana
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement long-term fixes.
Coordinate with Dev, Infra, and Cloud teams to ensure optimal system health.
Participate in
on-call support
and critical incident resolution.
⚙️
SRE Activities
Define and track
SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual effort (toil).
Drive
post-incident reviews
and contribute to system resilience efforts.
Contribute to designing and supporting
highly available
scalable systems
Monitoring & Observability
Create dashboards and alerts using
Splunk
Grafana
, and
Dynatrace
Continuously improve observability and alerting strategies.
Analyze trends and identify performance bottlenecks.
Mandatory Skills
