We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen our team in Kochi,
India.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and innovating within our cloud-
based SaaS product, hosted 100% on Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities :
Support daily operations of cloud environments on Microsoft Azure
Improve monitoring, stability, and reliability of the platform
Own incident response end to end
Identify and implement automation opportunities
Manage automated and manual deployments
Maintain, upgrade, harden, and patch VMs
Document processes and propose new procedures to improve operations
Handle 2nd and 3rd level service requests
Collaborate closely within a highly technical, multi-skilled team
Technical Competencies :
Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server and PowerShell
Solid experience in infrastructure or SaaS architecture
Trained, certified, or experienced in Microsoft Azure
Good understanding of Windows, virtualization, and networks
Strong troubleshooting skills under SLA constraints
A mindset focused on automation and integration

Qualifications :
Degree in IT, networking, computer science, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in operations, infrastructure, or a similar
role
Nice to Haves :
Experience in a SaaS product company
Familiarity with ISMS (ISO27001 / GDPR)
ITIL Certification
