Application Support Engineer

About Position :

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our Pune development center. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing SaaS applications on AWS, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for automation and operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do :

Implement and configure application upgrades and custom changes

Set up new environments and deploy solutions

Build proactive monitoring and alerting services

Automate operations using scripting tools

Troubleshoot AWS and application-level issues

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to meet customer needs

Handle high-severity incidents across multiple AWS services

Provide on-call support and work in a 24x7 shift environment

Create deployment scripts and rollback plans

Optimize application and server performance

Expertise You'll Bring :

7+ years of experience in Application Support and Operations

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools

Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes

Knowledge of application servers and databases

Familiarity with monitoring tools and CI / CD pipelines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Exposure to Agile development and financial domain is a plus
