for a world-class B2B Sales Executive who thrives on identifying new opportunities, forging
meaningful relationships, and closing high-value deals in the U.S. market.
You will play a foundational role in shaping our outbound growth motion, combining sharp
prospecting skills, persuasive storytelling, and relentless execution to drive qualified pipeline

Key Responsibilitie
- Own the full sales cycle : from lead generation to qualification to closure
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across the U.S., focusing on SMB
,mid-market, and enterprise segments
Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern channelsBuild a high-quality pipeline and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targetsDeliver tailored presentations and product walkthroughs to decision-makers, L&D heads,and C-suite leaders
Navigate complex sales conversations using MEDDIC, Challenger, or BANTmethodologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refinemessaging, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM hygieneProvide timely insights and feedback from the market to inform product and GTMstrategy
Thrive in a performance-driven culture with a 'get-it-done' mindset and highaccountability
Minimum Qualificatio
ns
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3–7 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably selling to U.S.-based clients with a100%+ quota achieveme
nt.
Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise learning & development sales.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing new logos.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native-level fluency in English.
Strong commercial acumen, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Track record of influencing CXOs, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise buyers.
Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift from Gurgaon).
Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, unstructured environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days / week from our office on Golf Course Road,Gurgao
n).
