Job Title : Assistant Manager – Legal

Experience : 9 - 15 years

Location : Trivandrum

We are looking for legal professional with IT industry experience, skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-related contracts various technology and commercial contracts-primarily software licensing (SaaS model). The role requires a capable professional who can effectively support M&A initiatives, and provide strategic legal guidance while ensuring compliance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including : SaaS Licensing Agreements, MSAs, Vendor / Procurement Agreements, Consulting Agreements, NDAs, and Partnership Agreements.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual obligations, rights, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and business requirements.
• Handle legal aspects of software licensing and intellectual property matters.
• Manage disputes related to IP rights and technology use.
• Review and negotiate contracts with international clients, ensuring global compliance.
• Maintain standard contract templates and support procurement and business teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to mitigate legal risks and support strategic initiatives.
