About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms to drive sales and category growth.
- Performance Optimization : Manage ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, and overall ROAS; continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve business KPIs.
- Platform Strategy : Develop and implement customized growth strategies for each marketplace and quick commerce partner based on platform dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Budget Management : Own and manage marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance data; generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and share periodic reports with leadership.
- Collaboration : Work closely with category, content, creative, and supply teams to ensure campaign readiness and seamless execution.
- Promotions & Visibility : Drive visibility initiatives such as brand days, deals, and platform-level events; collaborate with account managers from Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.
- Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and keyword strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements :
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and / or quick commerce platforms.Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, DSP, Mx Player, AMC etc ), Flipkart Ads , and Q-commerce promotion levers.Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and scaling performance campaigns.Proficiency in data analysis, Excel / Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics tools (Helium10, Pacvue, etc.).Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Have :
