About the Role

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will help us transform healthcare through AI. You will oversee the engineering team’s day-to-day operations, helping drive successful delivery of projects and you will possess strong technical and leadership skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day of engineering delivery across multiple projects
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product and tech decisions
• Partner closely with Product, Clinical Ops, and other teams to define and ship the right things fast
• Maintain a high bar for engineering velocity, quality, and culture — balancing speed vs. debt
• Help build and mentor a team of 4+ engineers (across backend, data, and platform)
• Lead agile processes : sprint planning, retrospectives, and execution reviews
• Define and track engineering metrics and continuous improvement efforts
