General Description Of Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspiring Software Engineering Development Manager to lead and grow our dynamic engineering team.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our development processes, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and driving the successful delivery of PathWise, the high-performance computing, GPU enabled platform from Aon Life Solutions.

You'll play a critical part in building a high-performing team, optimizing our engineering practices, and ensuring our technological solutions meet and exceed evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning for team members.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including defining roles, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions to scale the team.
