Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - F&B located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager - F&B will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing the food and beverage operations across all cinema properties. Daily tasks include overseeing budget management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, staff training and development, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to drive sales and profitability while ensuring a top-tier dining experience for patrons.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage Management, Restaurant Operations, and Budget Management skills
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Staff Training experience
• Customer Service Standards and Quality Assurance abilities
• Strategic Planning and Collaboration with other departments skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
