Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring on-time, accurate and regular preparation and dissemination of P&L information which includes Monthly plan, estimates and actualisation
- Tracking P&L as well as developing visibility of the P&L by various cuts- BU Level, Client level,Facility level,Cost owners level
- Tracking as well as developing visibility of KPIs that drive P&L output
- Share regular insights with decision makers on P&L including variance vs plan, evolution of unit economics and movement of input KPIs
- Work with Senior Management and the respective business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals.
- Coordinate across all departments to set-up the systems required for understanding and reporting the key business metrics of the company / business lines.
- Automate Business Reporting KPIs to ensure real time visibility for business / operations stakeholders
Functional Skills & Qualifications :
CA / MBA with 5-6 years of FP&A experience
Proficiency in SQL, Excel Modelling, Quicksight
Strong numerical skills and understanding of basics of financial reporting ;have exposure to business modelling.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skills, Able to work independently & in teams.
